Hubungan Antara Intensitas Penggunaan Media Sosial (TikTok) dengan Gejala Body Dissatisfaction dan Kecemasan Sosial pada Mahasiswi Keperawatan

Tingginya interaksi di TikTok berpotensi berkaitan dengan body dissatisfaction dan kecemasan sosial pada mahasiswi keperawatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis hubungan intensitas penggunaan TikTok dengan gejala body dissatisfaction dan kecemasan sosial pada mahasiswi keperawatan di Universitas Faletehan Tahun Akademik 2025/2026. Desain penelitian menggunakan kuantitatif analitik cross-sectional pada 251 mahasiswi yang dipilih melalui proportionate stratified random sampling. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan Kuesioner Intensitas TikTok, Body Shape Questionnaire (BSQ-34), dan Social Anxiety Scale for Adolescents (SAS-A), kemudian dianalisis dengan uji Chi-Square dan regresi logistik biner. Mayoritas responden memiliki intensitas TikTok tinggi (44,2%) dan sedang (39,0%). Prevalensi body dissatisfaction mencapai 72,9% dan kecemasan sosial sedang-tinggi mencapai 70,5%. Intensitas TikTok tinggi berhubungan signifikan dengan body dissatisfaction (p<0,001; OR=4,38; 95% CI: 2,57-7,46) dan kecemasan sosial (p=0,001; OR=3,14; 95% CI: 1,71-5,78). Intensitas TikTok tinggi menjadi prediktor paling dominan terhadap masalah psikososial (Exp(B)=4,14; p<0,001; 95% CI: 2,37-7,22). Temuan ini mendukung penerapan psikoedukasi literasi digital dan mindful social media use.
