Clean and healthy living behavior is a group of behaviors that are practiced on the basis of awareness as learning outcomes that enable a person or family to help themselves and the health sector and play an active role in realizing public health. This type of research is analytical observational research with a cross-sectional design. This research aims to determine the relationship between cultural factors and the implementation of Clean and Healthy Living Behavior (PHBS) in society. The aim is to determine the relationship between cultural factors and the implementation of clean living behavior (PBHS) at the Koto Lolo Community Health Center, Sungai Banyak City, Jambi in 2025. This research will be carried out at the Koto Lolo Community Health Center, Sungai Banyak City, Jambi, which is located at Jalan Kesehatan Puskesmas, Koto Lolo, Kec. Pesisir Bukit, Sungai Banyak City, Jambi in November 2025. The research population is all 124 families (heads of families) who live in the work area of the Koto Lolo Community Health Center, Sungai Full City. Sampling in this study used the Stratified Random Sampling technique, namely sampling by dividing the population into several strata based on certain characteristics, then samples were taken randomly from each stratum. Based on this technique, the number of samples in the study was 124 people. The data collection method through instruments in this research consists of a questionnaire consisting of cultural factors and a questionnaire about clean and healthy living behavior (PHBS). The analysis carried out on the research results was through univariate and bivariate analysis with the help of a computer to process the research data. The results of the research showed that there was a relationship between culture and the implementation of PHBS at the Koto Lolo Community Health Center, Sungai Banyak City, Jambi with a p value of 0.001>0.05
