Abstract

Digital transformation in health services through Electronic Medical Records (EMR) is expected to improve service efficiency, information accuracy, and patient experience. Successful EMR implementation depends not only on technology but also on the fit between human and organizational factors. This study aimed to analyze EMR implementation based on the Human, Organization, Technology-Fit (HOT-FIT) model in relation to patient satisfaction at Koncara Public Health Center, Purwakarta Regency. This observational analytic quantitative study used a cross-sectional design. A total of 100 patients were selected using purposive sampling. Data were collected using a four-point Likert questionnaire measuring Human, Organization, Technology, and Patient Satisfaction. Data analysis included univariate analysis, normality testing, Spearman correlation, and multiple linear regression using IBM SPSS Statistics. Human was strongly correlated with patient satisfaction (rho=0.793; p<0.001), Organization also showed a strong correlation (rho=0.701; p<0.001), and Technology had the strongest correlation (rho=0.844; p<0.001). Multiple linear regression showed significant partial effects of Human (B=0.287; p<0.001), Organization (B=0.213; p=0.004), and Technology (B=0.457; p<0.001). The overall model was significant (F=127.282; p<0.001) with R²=0.799, and Technology was the dominant predictor (β=0.499). Patient satisfaction was statistically associated with the fit among Human, Organization, and Technology. The health center should prioritize EMR system stability and quality while strengthening staff competence and service governance.
