Edukasi Pencegahan Napza Dan Relasi Sosial Sehat Di SMA Negeri 4 Lhokseumawe

Adolescents are vulnerable to substance misuse and unhealthy peer pressure, making schools important settings for prevention. This community service program aimed to improve students' knowledge of narcotics, psychotropics, and other addictive substances (NAPZA) and strengthen skills for healthy social relationships. The activity involved 46 students at SMA Negeri 4 Lhokseumawe and used interactive lectures, discussions, case studies, educational games, simulations, audiovisual media, and pretest-posttest evaluation. Mean knowledge scores increased from 62.17% before education to 87.83% after education, a gain of 25.66 percentage points or 41.27% relative to baseline. Students actively participated in peer-pressure scenarios, assertive communication practice, and risk-identification exercises. The results indicate that participatory school-based education can strengthen short-term knowledge related to NAPZA prevention and healthy peer relationships. Periodic follow-up involving teachers, school counselors, parents, and health professionals is recommended to support sustained application.
