Edukasi Mindful Digital Life sebagai Upaya Promotif dan Preventif dalam Meningkatkan Kesehatan Mental, Kesehatan Reproduksi dan Prestasi Belajar Remaja di SMA Negeri 7 Lhokseumawe

Remaja menghadapi tantangan dalam menyeimbangkan penggunaan media digital dengan kesehatan mental, kesehatan reproduksi, pola tidur, dan kegiatan belajar. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan meningkatkan pengetahuan dan kesadaran siswa melalui edukasi Mindful Digital Life di SMA Negeri 7 Lhokseumawe. Kegiatan melibatkan 48 siswa dengan pendekatan partisipatif, edukatif, dan interaktif melalui pretest, ceramah interaktif, diskusi, studi kasus, permainan edukatif, media audiovisual, dan posttest. Materi meliputi penggunaan media digital secara sehat, pengelolaan screen time, kesehatan mental, kesehatan reproduksi, literasi informasi digital, pola tidur sehat, dan pemanfaatan teknologi untuk belajar. Rata-rata pengetahuan meningkat dari sekitar 58% sebelum edukasi menjadi 86% setelah edukasi. Setelah kegiatan, 85% siswa mampu mengidentifikasi minimal tiga kondisi yang memengaruhi kesehatan mental, 88% mampu menyebutkan minimal tiga cara menjaga kesehatan reproduksi, dan 83% mampu menyusun strategi sederhana untuk mengatur penggunaan gawai dan waktu belajar. Kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa edukasi interaktif berbasis sekolah dapat memperkuat pengetahuan dan kesadaran remaja dalam menerapkan kebiasaan digital yang sehat, aman, seimbang, dan produktif.
